Are there different types of digestion?
Physical Digestion is the process of breaking down food into smaller pieces.The physical breakdown of food into smaller pieces without any chemical change to the molecules of the food is called physical digestion. Smaller pieces of food have a larger surface area compared to a big piece of food.

Is a strict diet important?
An adequate diet provides sufficient energy as well as adequate supplies of essential nutrients to support growth, repair, and maintenance of tissues. Malnutrition is poor nutrition that results either from a lack of essential nutrients or a failure to utilize them; malnutrition may result from undernutrition or overnutrition.
